Accessing the Room Details & Unavailability Page
Scenario 1:
- Log in to the Yalla Admin Web
- From the left sidebar, click on Rooms.
- The system opens the Rooms list page.
- Click on the 3 dot on action column and select View Details
Scenario 2:
- Log in to the Yalla Admin Web
- From the left sidebar, click on Room.
- The system opens the Room list page.
- Click on a Room name (ex, Room-1)
Scenario 3:
- Log in to the Yalla Admin Web
- From the left sidebar, click on Calendar View.
- Use the filter and select All Rooms
- Click on a Room name (ex, Room-A)
Accessing the Room Unavailability Page
Scenario 1:

Log in to the Yalla Admin Web

From the left sidebar, click on Rooms.

The system opens the Room list page.

Click on a Room name (ex, Room-1)

Select set unavailability
Scenario 2:
- Log in to the Yalla Admin Web
- From the left sidebar, click on Calendar View.
- Use the filter and select All Rooms
- Click on a Room name (ex, Room-A)
- Select set unavailability
Room Availability & Unavailability
Rooms are by default active and available at all times. If a room is unavailable for any reason (maintenance, renovation, cleaning, or operational constraints), the admin can mark it as unavailable by:
- Selecting specific days
- Choosing specific dates
- Creating availability schedules
Room Unavailability Page
The Room Unavailability page is displayed in a weekly format and includes the following elements:
- Breadcrumb to navigate back
- Date range filter
- Current week indicator
- Edit this week's Availability
- Add Unavailability
- View Schedule

View Schedule Action
The View Schedule option allows admins to review future room unavailability dates in a list view, making it easier to plan and manage room usage.
Empty State (No Schedule Available)
If a room does not have any unavailable dates:
- A message is displayed indicating that no schedule has been created yet
- A Create New Schedule button is shown to guide the admin to create a new room unavailability schedule
Create New Schedule
Selecting Create New Schedule redirects the admin to the Unavailability range selection screen, where:
- Date and time ranges can be selected
- An optional note (reason or instruction) can be added
Schedule List Columns
The schedule list displays the following columns:
- Date Range
Shows the dates when the room will be unavailable - Unavailable Time Range
Indicates whether the room is unavailable for the entire day or during specific time slots - Notes
Displays any instruction or reason added by the admin - Actions
Selecting Edit redirects the admin to the edit view of the corresponding week
