Machine Group Management
The Machine Group module allows administrators to organize machines by grouping them under departments. This helps in managing hospital equipment efficiently and maintaining clear associations between machines and departments.
Accessing Machine Group
- Log in to the Yalla Admin Web.
- From the left sidebar, click on Machine Group.
- The system opens the Machine Group list page.
Machine Group List Page
The Machine Group list page displays all existing machine groups in a structured table with the following columns:
- Group Name
- Department
- Brand
- Machines
- Action
Searching, Filtering, and Sorting
Search Machine Groups
- Use the “Search machine groups” field to find machine groups by name.
- The list updates automatically based on the entered keyword.
Filter Machine Groups
- Click the Filter button to narrow down machine groups based on available filter options.
Sorting
- All columns in the list support sorting.
- Click on a column header to sort the machine groups in ascending or descending order.
Pagination
- When more than 10 machine groups are available, pagination controls appear at the bottom of the list.
- Use pagination to navigate through multiple pages.
Empty State (No Machine Groups Available)
If no machine groups have been added:
- A message is displayed indicating that no machine groups exist.
- An “Add New Machine Group” button is shown to help you create the first machine group.
Adding a New Machine Group
Open Add Machine Group Modal
- Click “Add New Machine Group”.
- A modal window opens for entering machine group details.
Fields in Add Machine Group
- Machine Group Name (mandatory)
- Brand (Optional)
- Department (dropdown, mandatory)
All available departments are listed in the Department dropdown.
Form Validation
- Mandatory fields must be filled before saving.
- If required fields are missing, the system displays validation error messages.
Saving a Machine Group
- Enter all required and valid information.
- Click the Add Machine Group button.
- A success message confirms that the machine group has been added.
- The new machine group appears in the list.
Closing the Modal
- Clicking the Close (X) button without entering any data closes the modal immediately.
- If any input has been entered, clicking Close (X) shows a warning pop-up to prevent accidental loss of data.
Machine Group Actions
Each Machine group in the list includes a three-dot (⋮) action menu with the following options:
Edit Machine Group
- Opens the Edit Machine Group modal.
- Allows you to update Machine Group details.
- All features available in the Add Machine Group modal are also available in Edit mode.
Delete Machine Group
- Allows you to remove a Machine Group from the system (confirmation required).
