Accessing the Machine Details & Unavailability

Accessing the Machine's Details Page

Scenario 1:

  • Log in to the Yalla Admin Web
  • From the left sidebar, click on Machines.
  • The system opens the Machine list page.
  • Click on a Machine name (ex, Machine-1)

Scenario 2:

  • Log in to the Yalla Admin Web
  • From the left sidebar, click on Calendar View.
  • Use the filter and select All Machines

Accessing the Machines Unavailability Page

Scenario 1:

  • Log in to the Yalla Admin Web
  • From the left sidebar, click on Machines.
  • The system opens the Machines list page.
  • Click on the 3 dot on action column and select Availability

Scenario 2:

  • Log in to the Yalla Admin Web

  • From the left sidebar, click on Machines.

  • The system opens the Machines list page.

  • Click on a machine name (ex, Machine-1)

  • Select set unavailability

Scenario 3:

  • Log in to the Yalla Admin Web
  • From the left sidebar, click on Calendar View.
  • Use the filter and select All Machines
  • Click on a machine name (ex, Machine-11)
  • Select set unavailability

Unavailability Page

Machines are by default active all the time. If a machine is unavailable for any reason or in maintenance admin will be able to make it unavailable by choosing days, specific dates, or even by creating schedules.

The machine unavailability page displays in a weekly format, including:

  • A breadcrumb to go back
  • Date range filter
  • Current week
  • Edit this week Avilability
  • Add Unavailability
  • View Schedule

View Schedule action

The schedule on the machine unavailability page helps users to look into future maintenance dates in a list view.

Empty State (No Schedule Available)

If machines do not have any unavailable dates:

  • A message is displayed indicating that no schedule created yet.
  • An “Create New Schedule” button is displayed to guide the user through creating a new machine.

Create New Schedule

Create a new schedule redirects back to UnavailabilityUnavilability range selection, where the user can also add a note.

Column
  • Date Range: Shows the admin the dates when the machine will be unavailable
  • Unavailable time range: Displays the admin if the machine is unavailable the whole day or any specific time
  • Notes: Shows in the list if any instruction or reason is added
  • Actions: Selecting the edit button redirects to the edit page of that particular week view
